ボストンから車で１時間離れたハーバードという町で結婚式のギグでございます。これまた天気もよく、素晴らしく景色のいい所でございました。
We had a wedding gig in Harvard, Massachusetts which is about one hour away from Boston by car. The weather was great and the landscape was just outstanding.

ハーバード大学で定年退職者の方のパーティーでございます。なんでも、勤続４０年の方がいました。
Retirement celebration party at Harvard University. I heard one of them worked 40 years in there.

| おっ、珍しいものが見れました。エンリケがピアノを弾いて恭子さんがドラムを叩いてます。エンリケはドラマーである前にピアニストなのでピアノが弾けて当然なのですが、恭子さんもちゃんとドラム叩けてるではないですか。おー、新発見でございました。 Here is something I have never seen. They reversed their instruments and Enrique is playing the piano and Kyoko is playing the drums. Enrique is the first-rate pianist before drummer so of course he can play the piano. The question is why Kyoko can play the drums?? She was not bad at all either. Hmm, I guess this girl has not told us about her past..... |

先週の５／３０にも来ましたブラッドリー・エステイトで結婚式のギグでございます。なんと、この日の新郎はネイビー・シールズ（海軍特殊部隊＝世界最強の軍隊と呼ばれてます）の一員だそうです。おお、本物を見るのは初めてでございます。一平、なんかトクした気分でございます。
We had another wedding gig at the Bradley Estate where we came on the week before (5/30). I was surprised to know that the groom of the wedding was a member of Navy SEALs. Wow, I have only seen them in movies but never seen the real ones. I felt like I met some movie star.

まだまだブログは続けて行きたいと思いますので、これからも宜しくお願いします。 This is the 400th entry mark. I have not been able to renew the blog for months and my friends have been sending me emails to ask me if I were dead or something. Well, I am not dead. As the matter of fact, I am very well and doing all kinds of gigs as usual. I just do not have a decent internet connection. Sorry about that. I will keep the blog going and keep putting the fun stories and beautiful photos in here.

ブルックリンのリバーカフェで結婚式のギグでございます。花が綺麗に飾られていたのが印象的な所でした。
The wedding gig at the River Cafe in Brooklyn with Cody's band. They decorated the whole place so well and the flowers were in everywhere. I loved the place.
