Sarina Suno Quartet @ Kitano New York

　『キタノ』というニューヨークにある日系のホテルでのコンサートでございました。いやー、楽しかったあああ！いいミュージシャンたちとこういう所で演奏できるのって、本当に幸せですね。グルーブしまくりでございましたよ。

This concert was held at the Japanese hotel named the Kitano in New York. Aaaaaaahhhh, that was one great gig. We just grooved so hard and I was in heaven. I was so happy to play with such great musicians at such a great venue.

おお、さすが日系のホテルですね。サインが英語と日本語の両方で書かれてます。 This is indeed a Japanese hotel. The sign was written in both English and Japanese.

１階のロビー中央にある謎の狛犬。それにしても、なぜこんなに筋骨隆々なのでしょうか。往年のスーパー・ストロング・マシーンを思い起こさせるような見事な肉体でございます。一平、思わず「お前、平田だろ！」と叫んでしまうところでございました。 I think this statue is a Japanese Guardian Dog which you see at temples and shrines in Japan. Well, usually they have much less muscle though. Look how seriously buffed up this guy is. He looks like he is on roid the big time.

あ、でも顔はかわいいかも。 Well, maybe his face is not all that scary for this kind of body.
