International String Trio @ Massachusetts Horticultural Society

　美しい公園でございました。結婚式のギグで、Massachusetts Horticultural Society（マサチューセッツ園芸協会。日本語に訳すといきなりダサくなりますね）に来ました。なんでも全米でも一番古い園芸関係の組織だそうで、広い敷地に歴史を感じさせる豪邸やら石像やらが点在しています。園芸協会と銘打つだけあり、絵ハガキの写真になるような風景が、いたる所から見渡せます。結婚式のビジネスに携わって幾年月、いろいろな美しい風景に出会いましたが、今日の景色は大当たりです。これでこそニューヨークくんだりから、わざわざ来た甲斐があったというものです。ボストン近郊で結婚式場になるような所はだいたい制覇したつもりでしたが、まだこんな所が残っていたとは、自分でも驚きです。

A beautiful park. I came to Massachusetts Horticultural Society for a wedding gig. This is the oldest horticultural organization in the US. Evidently I saw historic-looking mansions, statues, water fountains etc.. That was just what one would expect of a horticultural society. The landscapes like you would only see in postcards were in everywhere. The beautiful views were well worth coming all the way from New York. I thought I had played in almost all wedding sites around Boston but I was surprised that there were still more beautiful sites like this left in Boston.
