Ichigo Cream

　これ、私がボストンで一番好きなケーキ屋さん『ジャポネーゼ』の新作の苺クリームです。カスタードが甘過ぎやしないかと心配だったのですが、そんな事は全然なく、程よい甘さで本当に美味しかったです。私のお気に入りは何と言っても小豆クリームとショートケーキなのですが、この苺クリームも負けず劣らず素晴らしい！

This is Ichigo (strawberry) Cream, very new line-up from my favorite Japanese bakery in Boston, Japonaise. I was a bit afraid of that the custard looked a little too rich but it was just right sweetness. My favorites are Azuki (red bean) Cream and Strawberry Short Cakes but this Ichigo Cream is right up there!
