Hara Luca Garacci Quartet @ Garage

Hara's band had a live concert at the jazz bar called Garage in the Greenwich Village, Manhattan. This bar hires a few jazz bands every day and this is the venue where you can listen to more live jazz than anywhere else in New York City. The night was titled as "Italian Jazz Night!" The band was led by an Italian guy, Hara Luca, and it was sponsored by the Italian beer brewer, "Peroni." I have been on the wagon for such a long time so I didn't know, but Peroni is actually the most consumed Italian beer in the world. Everyone at the venue had a privilege to have bottom-less glass of Peroni on that night.

In the middle of our performance, a businessman-like Asian guy came up on the stage with a mic on his hand. Hara turned around and said, "Let's play a ballad. How about 'My One And Only Love'" W-wow, is this what I think it is?

That's right. This gentleman proposed to his girl friend on the stage! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!! The guy's face was shining like a star! His girl friend was looking at him from a bit distant seat in front of the stage with an overflowing of smile on her face. I don't know why but her smile also brush me right up.

The answer was of course "YES!" Congratulations! Oh what a good feeling. Somebody proposed on our playing. I am so glad that I became a musician.

I'm wearing the T-shits of today's sponsor, Peroni
