Cream Stew


I quite often cook with whatever left in the fridge. Today I had to one whole head of lettuce so I decided to make a pot of cream stew. In Japan, there is very useful thing called "condensed cream (or beef) stew" and "condensed curry." Basically if you put it in hot water, you'll have a pretty good cream stew or curry right there and it is delicious whatever the veggie or meat you put in. I made a head of lettuce, beacon and sweet corns. It was so bloody good!!
