Bang Bang Ji

 鶏肉が冷蔵庫に3日もあり、ちょっと痛んできそうだったので、何のプランもないまま、とりあえず茹でることにしました。まあ、茹でてるうちに何か思いつくでしょう。(独身男の料理なんて、こんなものです)。材料はけっこう揃っていたので、トモコさんのレシピの本を見ながら何にしようかと考えて、棒棒鶏(バンバンジー)を作ることにしました。

 ほっほっほ。いつものように行き当たりばったりだったのですが、けっこう良くできました。また作ることにしましょう。

I just had too much veggies and chicken in the fridge and the chicken was already three days old, so I boiled it without any plan of what to cook. Well, I knew that I was going to come up with something while I was boiling it. I decided to make Bang Bang Chicken. It is the Szechuan dish with boiled chicken and cucumber with spicy sour sauce. It is kind of popular Chinese dish in Japan.

I think I managed to make it tasty enough even with my haphazard manner of cooking it. Ha-ha. I will make it again because it is really easy to prepare.
